Tickets and Seating - General Information

• Tickets for films screened in The Alhambra Cinema that are not posted out prior to the event will be held at Theatre by the Lake Box Office until the day of the performance, when staff will transfer them to The Alhambra for collection.
  
  
• Seats in both venues are non-allocated and sold on a first come first served basis so please arrive in good time to find a seat.
  
  
• Tickets for screenings at the Theatre are not for sale at The Alhambra.
  
  
• All Ticket Holders are invited to the Festival Bar in the Stalls Bar of Theatre by the Lake from 10am till 11pm where Tea and Coffee will be served free of charge to Pass Holders and at normal Theatre price for Ticket Holders.
  
  
• The Theatre Café on the Mezzanine level of the Theatre is open from 10am to 8pm every day. The Stalls Bar will be open lunchtimes and Saturday and Sunday evenings.
  
  
• Theatre by the Lake main doors open at 9.30am every day.
  
  
• Theatre by the Lake seats 300 in the Stalls and Circle, The Alhambra 260 Stalls and Circle also.
