A double-bill, one fictional, the other fact, on the topic
of suicide bombings. An act that baffles, angers, and sickens
people the world over, yet seems to have no end of volunteers
or supporters who see the perpetrators as martyrs.
The factual film, a documentary examining the before, during
and after of the suicide bombing of a bus in Jerusalem four
years ago serves as counterpart to the devastating consequences
depicted in the fictional: both offer a rare opportunity
to examine this modern phenomenon and provide viewers with
an extraordinary insight in to the horror of modern guerrilla
warfare.
