Synopsis

Welcome to Blaenau Ffestiniog, one of the most deprived towns in Wales. Meet Effi; in this tough town she is very tough, surviving on benefits, drinking, clubbing and dancing; she may not have much and has little hope of getting more, but she is out to get what she can.
